The Bihar Development Collective is a joint initiative of well-meaning individuals and organizations with similar passion, zeal, competencies and beliefs towards strengthening the current development ecosystem of Bihar.
To do so, they are making a conscious attempt to develop a thriving platform, a community, which enables safe peer learning space, collaborations, mentoring, cross-learning etc.
BDC aims at “Developing & Strengthening the local “Development Ecosystem” in Bihar
- To be a support system to development organizations in Bihar.
- To create a strong community where we learn immensely from each other.
- To work towards changing the narrative of Bihar, and inspire others to work here.
- To create an environment for collaboration and partnerships to benefit the state.
